Michael Joe Neaves “Tank” of Stony Creek,Virginia, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 11, 2021, leaving hearts to rejoice the reunion with his beloved mother, Ruth Mae Pulliam Neaves. Micheal’s passing leaves a family of broken hearts, his dedicated, god fearing wife of 37 years Mattie Tucker Neaves; a loving dedicated daughter, her daddy’s girl, Melinee Neaves; father, Deacon Charles Neaves Jr. and his stepmother Winnie P. Neaves of Petersburg, Va; two brothers Jerry Neaves(Cynthia) of Florida and Bryan Neaves(Cora) of Petersburg, Va; a step brother, Dion Givens of Bracey, Va; two nephews who he cherished , Jerald Neaves of Washington State and Joseph Gregory of Chester, Va; his father and mother in-law, Bobbie and Lucille Hall of Carson,Va; a sister in-law, Bernita King of Macon Georgia; a brother- in-law, Robert David Urquhart Jr. of Norfolk, Va; a cherished God-sister, Elder Barbie Roundtree (Terrance) of Stony Creek, Va; and a host of other truly loved relatives and friends. Michael was a Member of the Little Bethel Baptist Church of Stony Creek, Virginia, a devoted Pittsburg Steeler fan and a very funny humorous person that will truly be missed. His Service of Wake will be held at The W.L. Fields Funeral Home 10814 Doyle Blvd, Mckenney, VA on Thursday December 16, 2021, at 6:00 p.m The family has entrusted their memories to the care of the W.L. Fields Funeral Home, 10814 Doyle Boulevard, McKenney, Virginia 23872.
